I am filing a tax return for my deceased parents and turbo tax will not allow me to efile because it state I need a Pin and birthday which i did correctly

If what you entered is correct and your e-file continues to get ‌rejected, you won't be able to e-file. There may be a data mismatch at the government level, that prevents your return from being e-filed. If this is the case, your would have to print and mail in your return.
