I am done with my tax return but dont have money to pay federal amount due. I can pay my state amount owed.. so how can i file?

Can I set up a payment plan with the federal government for taxes due?  and pay the state return in full now.

You will have an area to set up Federal Payment Arrangements once you go through the filing area. You can go ahead and pay your State taxes also.
