I am confused why i cannot complete my state filing

i never had problems filing state before, why the hold up for 2016filing

This is most likely because the state forms are not yet ready for filing. 

Please check out the table below for an estimated date of when they should be ready.  You'll have to come back at that time and go through the filing steps again.
