I am claiming my son who is under 18 but he worked at his part time job do I add his W2 form under my tax filing or do I file his separate as single?

He files, but please make sure he selects "Someone else can claim me" AND "Someone else will claim me" in the My Info interview.

I suggest you file your return first and claim him, then do his.
