I am claimed as a dependent on my moms taxes, but file my own taxes as well. Do I need to enter that I was on her marketplace 1095A form? If yes, do I show 50% allocation

No.  If your mom is claiming you as a dependent on her return, you do not need to do anything with the 1095-A.  Your mom will enter the 1095-A on her return and claim 100% if it is just you and her on the 1095-A.
