The 1099 NEC replaced the 1099 Misc for Independent Contractors.

You should never enter both a 1099K and a 1099 Misc. All income was reported to you on the 1099 Misc in past years, this year it is on your 1099 NEC.

The 1099 K is not something you enter separately, it is just for your records and to show you what has been reported to the IRS for electronic, virtual or credit card payments you have received.

When using TurboTax Self-Employed, as you walk through entering your business information, you will be asked if this is a rideshare driving.  When you answer yes you will be guided through with questions specific for Uber and Lyft type self-employment including entering your 1099 NEC for 2021.

but the numbers on 1099 NEC uber issue do not match, only 1k something, my gross income from uber eat should be 5k.

Your screenshot shows the gross income ... that is what you report on the Sch C.  If they did not issue a 1099-K then you do not enter anything on that section.
