I adopted two daughters in 2015. Turbo Tax is asking about form 8839. I do not know what this is, but I was able to use some of the adoption credit last year.

Hello, form 8839 allows for you to deduct expenses related to adoption. If you adopted in 2015, you may have had this form on your 2015 taxes to help deduct these expenses.
