You appear to be using Live Basic, which is an upgrade from Free Edition to a paid edition that includes help from a tax expert during return preparation and a final review of your return, if desired.  It adds considerable cost.    See the FAQ below on how to remove the LIVE feature and, hopefully, end back up in regular Free Edition.
