$20 partner discount not applied despite starting from partner site

I did not get my $20 partner discount (through Airbnb) despite following all steps recommended :  1) sign-in to turbotax through partner offer 2) following all steps described in this thread : https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/2824053-how-do-i-get-my-turbotax-affiliate-partner-discount. I'd like to reach some one at turbo Tax but it seems very challenging. Thank you for your help.
