is her name in Part II but missing or x'd out the first 6 digits of her SSN? if so
did you prepare and file a joint return using Turbotax in 2023,2022 or 2021? then you should be able to open the file to get it. if not or if she prepared it using Turbotax online then you can't access it unless she gives you the user ID and password.
if you filed a joint return, you can file form 4506 with the IRS to get a copy of the return for a small fee. I don't know if the IRS will x out the first 6 digits of the SSNs. I know they are blocked out in transcripts.

if you can't get it, you'll have to file by mail and write on the 8962 by where her SSN should be - could not obtain.
It's X on all of them an I already double checked with irs they won't give it to me without her singing something an she already said she wouldn't
