How to upgrade TurboTax Desktop Basic to Deluxe?

I purchased the TurboTax Desktop Basic, then found out that downloading the state return would cost $45, so I would like to upgrade to TurboTax Desktop Deluxe. Can someone please tell me how to do that? I don't want to accidentally pay for two packages.
