It must have been entered imported more than once. To delete forms in TurboTax, see instructions below. Delete all erroneously forms in your return, before you file.

Because one of my Financial Institutions has told me they "Corrected" my forms, I need to Import their latest.
I've already reported that some forms were not deleted when I did "remove imported data" for that FI.
Now I've done a simple test, to check the theory "It must have been entered imported more than once. "
I open my filed return that still has the original import from my FI.
Instead of first doing "remove imported data" I just import again from the same FI.
Now my "Import Summary" shows my FI with two imports, both showing the same list of documents.
So I don't believe my import was done twice; it would have shown twice in the import list.
It would also show twice in the list of "remove imported data" documents.
The issue remains. After tonight's program update I have tried my original procedure again on my original file:
"remove imported data". Same issue, the "Form 1099-B Wks" remains in the Forms list, now with "Untitled" as the named FI. Of course the original FI is no longer in the list of imported data.
I've already deleted those abandoned forms and moved ahead with importing the "Corrected" forms.
I've done some other experiments that show the corrected FI import can be properly deleted when done on a fresh-start tax return. (Of course the original import is not available from the FI any more to be tested.) I've also found by experiment that the "Corrected" import can be removed from my return without leaving behind any "Form 1099-B Wks".
I'm at a loss how to figure out if this software and FI import is working.
You seem to have figured out how to import and delete forms. So are the numbers that are showing up in your return matching what they are supposed to be? Does everything look correct or doubled?
Pretty good question. It was hundreds of duplicated entries that alerted me to the left-behind "Form 1099-B Wks" after my first simple-minded "remove import" and reimport. After deleting that left-behind "Untitled" there are no duplicates I can see. However, it's going to take a while before I can resolve some other anomalies related to the "Corrected" data in the 2nd import. That's an unrelated issue, I think; there are 907 transactions to worry about.
I had a thought about why the form for the original import got left behind. After the original import, there were "Errors" in my return in a few transactions in that import. I copied data from my normal monthly statements that was meant to correct those errors. Therefore, there were now manually entered data within that import. Did Turbotax try to do me a favor by not removing that one form? So far, all my experiments involving "remove import" with no manually entered data have not resulted in such errors. When I have time, I will try to reproduce manually changing import data.
Yes, the system would treat your manual entries as separate from imported entries.
It kept the whole 907 sales transactions included in that imported worksheet form, not just the 6 I modified. It wasn't a helpful move, and no notice given. Surprise.
I have tried to duplicate this problem on the "Corrected" import. Turbotax doesn't allow me to override, or manually change any data in the import. The prior import had some "Errors" and Turbotax let me correct the errors (I got data from the FI website), thus introducing manually entered data to the import. This must be some kind of special corner case.
So I am unable to test my theory of "manual entry" disrupting "remove imported data".
