How to report investment app sign up bonuses

Last year I opened an account with an investment app and received $5.00 in bitcoin as a sign up bonus.

Also, I received $5.00 in stock as a sign up bonus for another investment app.

How would I report these two bonuses on my taxes? Thanks.
