Posting this for info because I can't find a previous answer for desktop:
I downloaded my mutual fund info directly into TT Deluxe Desktop, and found that one of the funds was duplicated. Several years ago the institution converted the mutual fund shares from one class to another. After the download one of my mutual funds had two 1099-DIV entries: one for the old class, and one for the new, but each with the same numbers on each 1099-DIV line. TT counted each 1099-DIV as valid and estimated my tax due based on both - in other words, twice what I would really owe. I could not find a way to delete one of the 1099-DIV forms. Finally, I went into Forms view and deleted the Form 1099-DIV for the old share class fund. That did it; when I returned to Step-by-Step the 1099-DIV for the old share class fund was gone and my Federal Tax Due reflected just one copy of that 1099-DIV.
