How to input 1095-A + Health Insurance from work?

At the beginning of 2016, I had Obamacare but in August I canceled it because I received health insurance where I'm currently working. How do I add both? Or do I not input the Obamacare?

How to input 1095-A + Health Insurance from work?

If, between the two health insurance companies, you had coverage for the whole year, enter, "I had coverage all year". Please see the following:

  • At the 'Did you have health insurance coverage in 2016?' screen, choose the first option, 'I had health insurance coverage all year'.
  • On the 'Was anyone enrolled in any of these less common plans in 2016?' screenchoose Yes and continue.
  • On the 'What type of plan were you enrolled in?' screen, choose Obamacare plan (1095-A).
  • You will need to enter the months that you had Obamacare (Form 1095-A). You do not have to enter the information from form 1095-B or 1095-C.
  • Continue with the health insurance interview until complete.
