i did not file state for 2023 in missouri

Online software is no longer available for 2023, so the only way to use TT for a 2023 state return would be to use the desktop download on a full PC or Mac, and then mail the return to the state.   Or....just go to the state's tax site, get the forms and prepare them by hand to mail in.  You will need information from your federal return to prepare a state return.

If you already paid for your online software you can ask customer support for a download of the desktop software.
