Here is how to do this in TurboTax Online: 

1. Go to the self-employed section
2. Either select the Uber business you have already created or create a new business.
3. Enter information about the business as the interview requests.
4. Once you have confirmed the info about the business looks good, you'll be asked to enter the income from your work.  you can enter the amount from the 1099-K you received, or if you did not receive a 1099-K, you can select other self-employed income to report earning that were below the reporting threshold.
