How to get USAA discount

Each year USAA offers vets a discount if we use Turbo Tax.  We log into Turbo Tax via our USAA account.  Turbo Tax shows the discounted rate but when we are finished Turbo Tax charges the regular rate.

THIS THE 3RD YEAR IN A ROW TURBO TAX IS DOING THIS.
STOP ROBBING THE VETS

#1) shut down your Tax account

#2) go to the following USAA page

#3) click on that TTX link on the Rt-side for the "All Members", and log in thru that link.

(the other link is only if you were, enlisted rank , and actually in-service during 2021)

 

That should get you the discount of $15 for Online Premier.  (after discount, it is $74, NOT including any state forms)

Beyond that, you would have to call Customer Support....and indicate you have a "Billing Issue"

Ohhhhh...yeah....Make sure you don't have some kind of  cookie blocker turned on when you initially try to apply and get the discount.
