how to get info to you. like photos of forms,copy of death cert. noone seems able to help me and i have tried for over 11 hrs,no good

see above subject line. thats what i need can you figure out how to do this because,sadly, i dont know. 11 plus hrs later and still no help from turbo tax people!!!!!! does any one know how i can get info you need to you????
