How to file paid tips

My wife is a cocktail waitress and she pays taxes on her tips. However, she pays out her bartenders every night which is nowhere recorded. Form 4070A would not work as she would only need to add the paid out value to her bartenders since she already paid the rest.

This is at least $5000 - $6000 she paid out!

Where can we enter this in Turbo Tax?

there is no place to enter that.

Her employer has to subtract tipouts from the amount shown on her W-2.
