How to enter Payers Fed ID Number when adding new 1099-DIV

All the imported 1099-DIV forms from last year contain Payer's Fed ID number and I am able to edit them too. But when I add a new 1099-DIV for current year, it doesn't ask Fed ID number. After I enter the basic info (Received from, box 1a, 1b, 2a amounts etc) it straightaway goes to the question where it asks 'if a portion of these dividend is US Govt interest' and is done with adding the 1099-DIV info.

If you are manually entering your 1099-DIV, the payer ID number is not required and is not in the 1099-DIV interview.
