how to efile federal tax return if no income

I want to efile but it is not allowing me to do so, because i do not have income, is there a way to efile it? I saw online that you can file it by putting 1 in the box 1. what are the steps? I'm not finding the box.

Go to the interest income section and for payer write “to enable efile “ and report one dollar.
