i have dual states on my turbo tax and only lived in nm since 2015. why is the nc state coming up for review. i tried to delete

but not all the info deletes from the ledger. still asking if for information that i cannot delete or review. I did not make moneys in nc, did not live in nc, someone with turbo tax please tell what is going on. i have used this software for years and never had this much problem
