How to complete taxes from MFJ vs MFS What If Worksheet

So I did the MFJ vs MFS What If Worksheet. How can I go about using the numbers under the MFS columns to file my and my spouse's taxes? Is there a way to have the TurboTax software automatically populate all the forms/details? Or do I have to actually start a new return for each and then go through everything again answering all the questions?

You need to actually prepare two separate returns---one for each spouse--if you have decided that filing MFS is better.
