How to access my account when I forgot the password and I live abroad so the system would not recognize my details (6 digit zipcode, no state etc...) ?

Even if I receive the security code, then again I am requested to fill out the form which lead to an error message in my situation...I should be able to access answering my security question but I am never asked for it.
