How should I modify Form 8962 to account for the period I was out of the country?

My filing status is married filing jointly.

I purchased covered California insurance for the whole year but I was out of the country for 29 days in January and my wife whole month in January and February.

Assume in 1095-A, all columns of A (Monthly enroll Premiums) in Part III are 1000, B (SLCSP) is 1200, and C(Monthly Adance Payment of Premium tax credit) is 900.

When I fill out 8962, which column on line 11 should I adjust?

You do not have to make any adjustments for the 8962.  The calculation for the Advanced Premium Tax Credit are not affected by being out of the country.

I see, then ChatGPT misled me into thinking I could get some money back, again.

Sigh...

Thanks.
