To Renew your ITIN you will need to print and mail your return, along with a completed W-7 to Internal Revenue Service, ITIN Operation, P. O. Box 149342, Austin, TX 78714-9342.

You will not be able to e-file your return if you are needing to renew your ITIN when you file.
