How much am I being charged for my expert Kathy?

It took her a full month to complete my Tax. And for all that I could have done it myself like I did the year before. I think I should just be charged half the amount only on the strength that she finally for it done. Her communication was lacking. It took days if not a week and some change at a time to get in contact with her. I'm paying for service and there was little to non. very unprofessional.
