How many times has a particular license code been used?

I just received TT Home and Business for 2021 tax year for Desktop on Windows.  The CD envelope did not appear to be securely sealed.  I would like to be sure the license code wasn't used prior to my receiving the package.

Is there a way to determine how many times my license code has been used?
