Can someone please help me get resolved today,  been rejected,  and most pending transactions,  over 24hrs can we get the issues resolved and get taxes filed today

Been 58hrs need live represented by I support my taxes  filed today,  because reject twice,  over 58 hrs since  correct  issues,  still no approval,  just pending,  not bvb received a email in 3 days  please help get taxes filed today
