How does Turbotax calculate other tax withholdings?

Federal tax withholding is higher in Turbotax than on my W-2 with Turbotax saying I had $## in "other tax withholdings" I did not make any estimated tax payments and do not have any documentation of any additional tax withholdings beyond my W-2.

Tax withholdings from form W-2 reported on your form 1040 is equal to the tax withheld in box 2 of form W-2 plus the additional 0.9% Medicare tax over $200,000 of wages (from line 24 of form 8959).
