How does turbo tax account for wash sales if I have to submit my 1099s that have more than 500 transactions separately?

I suggest you do a direct import from your stock broker rather than entering these transactions manually, if you have 500+ transactions. I'm sure between the brokerage and Intuit they have a system to account for wash sales.
