How does one resend a rejected federal and state return? Once corrected does one simply simply e-file it again? Will Turbo Tax charge again for the state e-file?
Does on simply process through Turbo Tax and go through the e-file the same way as the first filing? How does one avoid again paying the e-file fee to resend the state return?

Once corrected just e-file your tax returns again. Since the state return was rejected there would not be an additional e-file charge for the state return.
