How do you select Premiere? It doesnt give me an option. It automatically defaults to Live Premium not Premiere.

If you started your tax return in TurboTax Live and haven't paid, you can clear your tax return and start over.  If you selected TurboTax Live as you were preparing your tax return, you can remove it as long as you haven't used the feature.

You are confused by the names of the software.   Premier is desktop download software; Premium is online software.   Which are you trying to use-----desktop download or online?    If you are using online your choices are Deluxe or Premium.     If you are using desktop download you could choose Basic, Deluxe, Premier or Home and Business.

Ok.   When I initially logged into my intuit account for FY 2024, the only option is Live Premium and I do not need it.  If there are other options, I dont know why they are not offered and only the most expensive option is the only option. If there are other options, it is not clear. 

I guess I need to buy Premier separately and forget about logging into my account since they dont offer Premier that way.

When you use desktop software, there is an additional fee to e-file a state return.  You can avoid that fee if you print, sign and mail the state return.
