How do you find your withholdings & estimated tax payments?

It’s asking me to double check all payments and withholding from my 2021 taxes, they have a chart but I have no idea how to find what they’re asking.

When you review your 2021 tax return you can find your total payments on line 33, Form 1040. The 2021 form is here for your review:

you can only verify payments you made, or withholding on the tax documents suppled to you.
