how do I waive the underpayment penalty for filing late when I live in a disaster area (South Carolina) where the filing date was extended (Turbotax Premium)?

Can't find in Turbotax premium where to waive the fee (our filing date is May 1, 2025)

What I did was:

FEDERAL TAXES, Other Tax Situations, Additional Tax Payments, Underpayment penalties.

That gave me a place to indicate that I was requesting a waiver of the automatic penalties, and Turbo Tax removed them from the calculations.
