If properly completed, TurboTax will include Form 8862 Earned Income Credit in your E-filed or printed tax return.

Login to TurboTax Online

Go to Deductions & Credits
Select Earned Income Credit
Users must answer "yes" to receiving an IRS notice regarding the Earned Income Credit (EIC) disallowance within the Deductions & Credits section.
