You are certainly entitled to downgrade to a "lower" version of TurboTax if you do not need the "Deluxe" version. I have done some research and found a way for you to do so.
Please see the answer link provided below for these instructions. You will be able to "Clear and Start Over" without losing any of the important information that auto-fills in your TurboTax account. Follow the instructions step-by-step and you should be able to complete your taxes successfully and get rid of the "Deluxe" version of TurboTax that you do not need.
The instructions to do so are listed below:
