How do i take off a request for innocent spouse relief?

You will need to remove the Form 8857 Request for Innocent Spouse Relief. In order to do that you will need to follow the instructions below:

1.  Sign into your account, select Take me to my return

2.  Select My Account (top of screen)click on the drop down arrow

3.  Select Tools

4.  Under Other helpful links, choose Delete a form

5.  Select Delete next to the Form 8857 and Continu
