In TurboTax Online,

  1. Click Tax Tools in the left pane.
  2. Click Tools.
  3. Under Tools Center, click Delete a form.
  4. Scroll down to the list of forms for your Arkansas return, and click Delete next to Form AR1000DC.

If this doesn't solve the issue,

  1. Click My Info in the left pane.
  2. Click Edit to the right of your dependent's name, if there's somehow one listed.
  3. Click Continue on each screen (assuming everything on them is correct) until you get to the screen Did any of these apply to [your child]?
  4. If the Was disabled box is checked, uncheck it, and answer or continue through any other questions.

Arkansas Form AR1000DC is used to claim a $500 adjustment for individuals with disabilities.
