How do I start to file my tastes if turbo tax isn’t giving me the option to?

I don’t get what going on, I’m pretty sure I have all my forms and TurboTax is telling me to get a head start on filing my taxes. When I login into TurboTax, the Home Screen tell me my summary and that they’ll “Update anything that’s changed” and then there’s the button “Get Started” when I hit that button… the next screen just gives me the 2020 and 2019 documents and no other option. What happened? Why can’t I start to file my taxes yet? Is there a glitch? I tried logging into my phone AND iPad and the same thing happens.

February 15 Turbo Tax online seems to be down.  It has been reported.

Oh thank god. Okay because my boyfriend is able to start his perfectly fine and I’m stressing out as to why I couldn’t!! Glad I’m not the only one.
