How do I see my state tax refund or money due before I file?

This is the second time asking the same question. The first answer is the standard one from TurboTax and doesn't answer my question. Now that the tracker is gone, how do I see my state refund or money due before I pay? I want a break out of federal and state taxes due or to be refunded. How do I get this information before I finalize my taxes I may have to switch to freetaxusa or another system if this one no longer serves me well.

As the link states, Instead of a refund meter at the top of your screen, you’ll see your refund or taxes due in the Review section of TurboTax Online. There is a Federal review section and a state review section on the left side.
