How do i save my incomplete return?

TurboTax Online automatically saves your return as you continue through the Interview questions and when you sign out. When you return, click on Take me to my return button, and pick up where you left off to complete your tax return. If you are using TurboTax Desktop version, you can click on the Print Center (upper right hand corner) to print, save or view the PDF. Incomplete returns are saved automatically when you log out.  Simply pick up where you left off when you log back in. Hope this helps!

It asks do u want to save. I say yes. It says we are having a difficult time saving your file at this location.

Ok ... so you are using the DOWNLOADED version and not the ONLINE one ... Click on the file tab at the top then use the SAVE AS PDF choice ... make sure to choose the option desired then save as PDF ... you must put it to the hard drive and not to a removable storage medium  AND  you must have ADOBE Acrobat reader or a similar program installed.

Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them.  Log out of the account you are in now.

Or did you use the desktop version of TurboTax?  If so, the files are on your own hard drive or any backup device you used like a flash drive.
