How do I reprint the Estimated Tax forms to accompany my quarterly estimated tax payments?

If you are using TurboTax desktop, switch to the Forms view (Ctrl+2) and type "estimated" in the Open Form box, then double click on Estimated Taxes and Form W-4 Worksheet (see screenshot below). When that form populates on the screen, go to the File menu and click Print (Ctrl+P), then you can choose which forms you want to print.
