If your federal return entries are not being transferred to your state return, you may wish to remove the state and add it again. This may allow the software to transfer the information correctly.
First, log out of TurboTax Online, refresh your browser, and clear your cookies and cache. Then restart your browser and log into TurboTax again.
If you’ve already paid your state fees, you can’t delete your return, but you can start over by selecting Start Over next to your state return on the Status of your state returns screen.
