How do I report income from online survey sites?

If I had income from survey sites and gaming sites, how do I report that? The sites do not send any forms.

You can report this amount in "Other Income."

Here's how to do this in TurboTax Online: 

1. Go to Federal > Wages & Income > Less Common Income (at the bottom of the page)
2. You can choose Gambling winnings for the gaming sites, and Miscellaneous for the surveys
3. For the gaming, you can choose that you did not receive a W-2G and continue to enter the winnings.
4. For the surveys, under Miscellaneous, choose "Other reportable income." Enter a brief description, "survey payments" or similar, and enter the income
