How do I report $500 winnings without a 1099 or W-G

To report one time non-wage income, like gambling winnings, enter it as follows:

Sign in to TurboTax and select Take me to my return.
On the TurboTax left navigation bar, select Federal.
On the top of the page, select the Wages & Income tab.
Scroll down to Less Common Income, select Show more.
Select Miscellaneous Income, 1099-A, 1099-C, Start.
On the next page, scroll down to Other reportable income, Start.
On the next page enter Gambling Winnings and the amount.
The amount should appear on Schedule 1, Line 8.
