How do I refile an Indiana state return from 2021 that was rejected?

I thought I had this addressed when I had submitted an amended federal return, but all I have available via Intuit is a /tax file. I have now received communication from the State of Indiana about a missing return from 2021.

The only way to file a 2021 tax return is by mail. It has to be printed, signed in ink, and must be mailed in to the state. Do you still have the 2021 desktop software so that you can print using a tax file? Did you save the return as a pdf?
