How do I record a 1095B for my VA veterans health coverage?

The health care coverage only notes 1095A , and this is for the ACA plans.

You do not enter anything at all about a 1095B. You only enter a 1095A---and since you do not have one you enter nothing except to answer NO that you do not have a 1095A. It is asking for 1095A if you had marketplace insurance--healthcare.gov--aka "Obamacare"---- since you did not have that kind of insurance you do not enter anything.
