How do I process a W2 that says Total State in box 15 "Employer's state ID no."?

Ignore the "Total State" line and don't enter it in TurboTax. It's just for your information. There should be other lines in boxes 15 - 17 for each state.

And if you got extra W2s with more states listed just enter the states on/with the first W2.  It will let you add more rows for 15-20.
